Workshops
Sandhill Cranes Mini-Workshop

This is the last week for the Sandhill Crane Mini Workshops. While many have left for their breeding grounds in Alaska, many remain on the feeding grounds in West Richland.

Dates:
Wednesday, April 14, 6:00am - 9am (sunrise)
Wednesday, April 14, 4pm - 7pm (sunset)
Saturday, April 17, 6:00am - 9am (sunrise)

As the Sandhill Cranes migrate north to their summer breeding territories,
they stay-over in West Richland for approximately

4-6 weeks. Here you can view their graceful flight and their ungainly landing onto the cut wheat fields. Calls and dancing soon commence throughout the day providing a variety of behaviours to watch and photograph.

Join me for this 3 hour mini workshop when we'll talk about their behaviours and natural history while improving photography skills. All are welcome no matter if you use a dSLR, mirrorless, point & shoot camera, or your phone.

Space is limited to 4 people.

Face masks are required
.

$45 per person (scone or muffin and hot chocolate included)
